Shipping & Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shortage or Damaged Shipping Claims
Must be made within 48 hours of receipt date. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the shipping carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and all packing materials for carrier inspection. Jattus LLC cannot initiate any claims with the carrier. All claims of damaged shipment must be made by the customer with the carrier.
Any refused shipments sent back to Jattus LLC does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customers' responsibility to make all arrangements with Jattus LLC for the refused shipment. It is company policy to charge the customer all freight charges associated with the shipment and a 25% restocking fee.
