All orders placed with Jattus LLC constitute the acknowledgement and acceptance of all conditions listed on the Jattus LLC Price list and all conditions listed below. All parts shall remain the property of Jattus LLC until paid for in full. All orders shipped to the state of Colorado address must pay state, county, & city tax as required by the Colorado board of Equalization. In the event that an order placed on the web does not calculate sales tax and the order being shipped to a Colorado address, Jattus LLC will calculate the sales tax when the order is processed and call or email the customer with the new amount.

Release and Hold Harmless. Buyer hereby releases Jattus LLC and its owner, agents and employees from any and all liability for injuries or damage to the user of Jattus LLC products or to any other person resulting from negligence, the selection, installation, maintenance, adjustment, and use of this equipment. In addition, Jattus LLC shall not be held liable for any consequential damages. Buyer agrees not to make a claim against or sue Jattus LLC for injuries or damages relating to the use of this equipment and, to the extent permitted by law, further agrees to indemnify and hold Jattus LLC harmless from and against all losses, claims, and expenses of any nature arising from or in connection with the use of Jattus LLC products.

All prices, materials, design, color, contents included with a product, and product specifications are subject to change without notice. Some product images may be shown with optional items that are sold separately. Depending on the destination of the order, certain shipping services may not be available.

Orders will not ship until all information are verified and matched. Unpaid orders will be canceled after 20 calendar days.

1-Year Limited Warranty on Jattus LLC products
All fabricated & manufactured devices, components, and parts by Jattus are backed by a limited 1 year warranty to the original purchaser with original receipt only. No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customers abuse, negligence, or mishandling. Warranty is non transferable at anytime. Warranty is for manufacturer defect repair only. Customer must contact info@Jattus.com for a warranty repair/replacement before returning. Packages without an RMA will be refused. We reserve the right to refuse warranty on any product if the defect was caused by customers' abuse, negligence, or mishandling of any kind. Customer is responsible for all to- and from- shipping fees associated with any warranty work.

Warranty on other products sold by Jattus
No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customers abuse, negligence, or mishandling. All merchandise sold by Jattus LLC is subject to manufacturer's warranty and conditions, if any, and is subject to submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair or replacement of merchandise. Customer, however, will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees. No labor or inconvenience may be included in any warranty claims. There is no warranty on decals, electrical parts, and engine parts. Check your state and local laws regarding the use on any parts.

It is the customer's responsibility to retain any and all invoices for their record and warranty claims.

Legality of Products
Jattus LLC offers a wide variety of devices & components that are subassemblies, or designed to improve the performance of an external device or assembly. The rules and regulations regarding the use of some or all of these items may vary from state to state and/or city to city. Jattus LLC will not guarantee the legality of use or installation of any given items in your particular area. We highly recommend that you check with your local laws and codes to make sure you are in compliance. Violation of any laws and codes may subject the owner and/or operator a fine and/or penalty.

Installation of Products
Jattus LLC highly recommends the installation of mechanical or electrical parts be performed by a qualified trained professional. Improperly installed products may lead to unsafe and unreliable conditions. All products installed incorrectly will not be covered under any warranties and will not be accepted as a return.
